Introduction
We are building a 1000 member advisory panel across the United States for a major beverage manufacturer. Those that qualify will be sent new products to their home, via Federal Express. These new products will be sent every month or every other month. Once you have tested the product, you will be asked to logon to a site and fill out a quick survey.

Not only do you have an opportunity to try new products before anyone else, but also each time you test a new product you will receive a gift certificate to Amazon.com for $15. Everyone in the panel that participates receives a gift certificate! From time to time, some panelists may be asked to participate in a focus group. Those that participate will receive $75 for 90 minutes of their time.

In addition, for signing up for the panel today, we will send you a $15 Amazon.com gift certificate.
We will not send you any marketing materials or ask you to buy anything ever. We simply want your feedback regarding how a new product tastes. In addition, this is totally voluntary. In other words if you want to participate in a survey one month but not the next month, that is ok!

The only requirements are that:
1. You do not have a medical condition that prevents you from testing or tasting soft drinks.
2. You have access to Internet from location that will allow you to taste a product and fill out an online survey.
3. The location you access Internet from must have a refrigerator, as the beverages will have to be refrigerated before testing.

I went all the way through to the end. Then it asks if I'm willing to participate in a focus group in Connecticut and I say NO. (I mean I told them I live in ALABAMA, you know!). SO then they say THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME and kick me out without any mention of a GC! Guess they didn't like me, huh?

I got the same thing.........however, it asked me if I live near any of 5 cities, including Toledo, Ohio, which I do. And they have my contact information, so maybe when they do a focus group in the Toledo area, they'll contact me!

Not holding my breath for the Amazon gift certificate, though.........

Got all the way to the end too.. then they asked about doing a test in Conneticut... i said yes...lol.... well you never know if i'd happen to be there anyway at the time of the testing hehe.
Didn't matter... got a thank you m'am, and don't call us we'll call you type of thing!
Maybe they didn't think I'd go to Conneticut for the testing?? Hmmm, I might.. I mean Sushi would put me up for a night or so, wouldn't you babe??
