Question Ok...is this suppose to happen

I just joined Blink and this morning I got the usual email point thing. I click on the link and had to put 4 numbers in the box for 10 points (I'm at work) so I leave this email in my mailbox and go back to work. About 45 minutes later I check my email again and for some dumb reason click on the same link for Blink and I get the little box again with 4 different numbers to put in so I do and again I get 10 points. To make a long story short I've been doing this about every half hour--45 minutes and so far have received 120 points. Does this happen???? I'm never going to delete this email-it works every time. I know 10 points is a looooong way to 96,000 but is sure helps getting there. Any one else get this or is this normal and I'm excited for nothing?

I had noticed that, although they say you only have to punch in that number once a day, sometimes I've had to do it twice when I've left and come back later. That sure would take forever to get those points! I have to admit I'm too lazy for that. Good luck!

sligg,

I wouldn't do the number in the box thing too many times a day. I think they have a limit before they consider it abuse of points.

I believe you only get credited for the first time you sign in. I think I read that somewhere.

I agree....you never know!

You get that box every time you log in. I had read when they first started that they did this to make sure a human is actually doing the clicking, that it's not somehow rigged up to do the fast clicks automatically. I have no problem entering in the 4 digits....and the 10 points do add up!

When you log into Blink, click on the Free Stuff tab at the top of the page. There you will find things to sign up for Blink points. Some are even instant earnings! There are really easy ones too, like requesting a catalog at LLBean for 300 Blink Points or submitting a poem to Poetry.com for 9000 (you will get junk snailmail, but it doesn't bother me). Too bad you're already a DOD member, could have gotten 450 points for signing up!! Check it out.....a much better way of earning points than entering those 4 digits frequently for only 10 points and risking account closure if you hit the "abuse" point.

Also, points for a lot of the signups won't be awarded for up to 30 days. I suggest keeping a log of your signups and point values as well as keeping the registration confirmation emails. I have not always gotten my points and have had to email them. In that case you would need to forward a copy of your registration confirmation email. Yep, another one to babysit, but I don't mind taking the time to get the points and if I'm going to do that, you better believe I'm going to make sure I get those points! I review my point logs and accounts about once a month. Just a word of advice.

Love

I have to do this several times also. But did you notice that you can get points for those emails they send every day. Do not delete them after you get the points. Try then again the next day and the next day, etc. Works for me.

Sorry, Vieprivee, but I just now checked my emails. I tried to send you an email through DOD but it says "Sorry! That user has specified that they do not wish to receive emails through this board. If you still wish to send an email to this user, please contact the administrator and they may be able to help."

I don't think it will help you if I send you my emails from Blink because when I click on the link, it credits my account direct and does not ask me to log in. Sorry.
