Can anyone help? RE: Milesource & My points

Today, I am trying to log into Milesource and I can log in, BUT when I try to do the click fixes it keeps making me log in to each page...not to mention I am not able to get credit for the pts. Yesterday it worked just fine and I have never had a problem before. Also with Mypoints...I keep getting the sign-up page and when I try to login, it says that my info isn't on file.

Now, I have both these sites bookmarked and have NEVER had a problem....I haven't changed anything, so what could be the problem??? Any suggestions???

Sometimes I have that problem with CLick fix. When they give me the sign up page again, I click on the clickfix link again and it seems to work after that. Sometimes though I click "return to milesource" and get the sign up page. Reclicking on the click fix helps that anyway.

maybe your browser is not accepting cookies properly.
however, with milesource, lately every time you start out, you have to login at the first activity. i recommend that you only open one window first, whether it be a game or the first clickfix. this will allow your login to take. then you can open any amount of windows you choose.

I have been having the same problem this morning. Keep having to sign in at Milesource, also some of the click fixes say come back tomorrow for more , one even said "Thanks" and that was all. I had not clicked on them, so I intend to write them a note about it.
