Does anybody use BonusTree?

I've been a member there for a while but have never purchased through them. I'm wondering if they're legit. Their rules are a little confusing (in one place they say they share their commissions 50-50 with members, in another place they say 25%), commissions are paid quarterly only if > $20, and I've tried and tried to unsubscribe from their freebie newsletter and it won't go away!

Anybody have experiences good or bad to share?

Only that I too have tried to unsubscribe to their newsletter and haven't been able to.
