Anyone else having problems with Clickfixes from Milesource?

I am having problems again with clickfix at Milesource. I am repeatedly told the following:

Please come back tomorrow to get more AwardMiles for visiting this site!

It happen 6 times today and of course that is 6 less points that I am able to get. I tried them over and over again and repeatedly get the same message.

This was a major problem a few weeks ago, wonder if anyone else is experiencing this?

You're not the only one....I'm having the same problem

Now I feel just awful for complaining. I did not know that Milesource was located in NYC and they are shortstaffed and directly feeling the affects of the terrorist attacks.

Let us all be patient with them, myself included!

Guess I was a bit perturbed since I donated all my miles and wanted to try and get my total up asap.


Three CHEERS for Milesource for just keeping their operations going!!!!

Mine too are not working, I didn't realize they were in NYC either. But I think ever since they did their updates things haven't been the same in working. I am patient though and do wish them all the best.

It didn't work yesterday, but it seems fine today (9/20)
