? about EPOLL rewards

Ok..how do you get other things besides the movies and cd's? Those are the only ones I can click on and I have over 7800 points to use! I want g/c .....and not the other things. Thanks to anyone who can help me out with this.

You do not click on your reward. Go into "E-poll rewards" then on the left click "Order your reward". That takes you to a page that explains how to e-mail them with your reward request. If you saw it on the list (whether clickable or not) it can be requested.

I cashed in today following their instructions. BUT it seems to me that they do not promise to have the prize you order in stock! They say something about getting back to you regarding availability? Also, it is supposed to take 6-8 weeks to get your prize?

ANYONE cash in and actually receive their reward? IF so, how long did it take?

I cashed in about 8-10 weeks ago. It took them 4 weeks just to subtract my points away And still no reward! In fact yesterday I was thinking I may contact them. I am glad you posted because I am curios of everyone's answers on this

They don't subtract your points until the prize is in the mail. If your points are gone, you should see your prize soon. Sometimes it takes a while after you order, but I ALWAYS get my reward.

When I first cashed out it took 3 weeks for me to get a cd.. The next time it took around two months to get a cd... I have alot of faith in this program and I do know they will pay.. just be patient.

HOPE the GC's are in stock! DOES ANYONE KNOW IF they are not in stock, do they contact you and you can then choose something else? Sorry for being so skeptical but I have grown so accustomed to NOT receiving my rewards that I figure e-poll is just like the rest! AM GLAD that they are not!
