Rolling eyes Anyone missing Mall.com points @ MyPoints?

I had made two different purchases on the 25 of July for over $25 through Mall.com in order to receive the extra points at MyPoints. I received the letters as usual from Mall.com saying that my points would be posted in 10-15 business days. I patiently waited, and they were never posted to my account. I assumed it was at the fault of MyPoints, but since everyone has been unable to get a response from them, I directed my inquiry to Mall.com instead. I received the following email....
Thank you for contacting NexGen Solutions. Well the problem is that the files have yet to be sent off to Mypoints.com. Our tech guy is pretty new and is still figuring it into his schedule. I apologize for all the delay. Your points will show hopeful next week. We are going to try to get those files out tomorrow, with hope. Again thank you for your patience and time in writing this email.

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up, if there are others who are waiting for Mall.com points to post....and maybe, just maybe, other points that have not posted at MyPoints isn't completely MyPoints' fault afterall?

Thanks so much for sharing that info!

I, too, have 2 orders from Mall.com from 7/24 & 7/25 that have yet to be credited. I also received the email from 'Jasmine @mall.com' saying they would be credited in 10-15 days, and was going to call MyPoints today to check on the status.

In addition, I have an order from Mall.com from 8/7 that has not yet been confirmed by Mall.com, whcih is very unusual. They have been very quick to respond in the past.

I was beginning to worry that MyPoints had decided to end their affiliation with Mall.com. Thanks for clearing it up!!

Thanks for the info. I just sent an email to membercare yesterday for three Mall.com orders from that time period. Hope they do show up.

I had a little trouble myself getting my points at MYPOINTS.com But I sent a letter to My Points and they took care of it. It took about 2 1/2 days for them to respond and then they accreditted my account.

It wasn't as bad as some of the stories I've read about them on this board.

Question Second and after orders?

Am I to understand that they are no longer giving bonus points at mall.com other than for the first purchase? Here is what it says at MP and it doesn't mention anything about after the first purchase like it used to:

Okay...first off, in my experience I've found that shipping did count, though my purchase was $24.99 before shipping, so it was close, but still not quite the $25 requirement until after shipping was added...I got the 250 points. Secondly, I believe they are still crediting the second and so forth purchase...both of the confirmations I got from Mall.com saying my points would be credited were for the 3rd and 4th purchase of $25 I had made through Mall.com.

Well...as a quick update, just checked my MyPoints balance here at 1:53 am and both transactions are now showing from Mall.com. Atleast this is good news...kinda renews my trust in the world of customer service. Good Luck to Everyone!!!

Yep, me too! I emailed them yesterday and the points are there this morning! I expected to have to wait their standard '5 business days' , so was pleasantly surprised!

I have had no problems getting my mall.com points. Only once did I get the email back from mall.com, but the points did not arrive within the time frame given......and I've had at least 6 mall.com purchases. I forwarded the point confirmation from mall.com and reiterated that it had gone beyond the 15 business days as specified by mall.com and sure enough, within 2 days I had my points! I have 2 more purchases today, so maybe I'll get my points even quicker in light of others' problems with mall.com points!

I think I know what I have been doing wrong not to get mall.com points automatically. When you go through the mypoints mall.com link you have to log in to you r mall.com account to automatically get your points. I have done this with purchasing a Webcertificate and got my 250 points. I did not do this for all my other purchases.
