MyPoints Problems

Does anybody else have problems receiving their G.C.'s from MyPoints? I redeemed points for a Chilis G.C. late last year, and never received it, and then I redeemed points for a Target G.C. back in April, and STILL have never received it.
I have contacted them at least 20 times asking them about why I still haven't recieved my G.C.'s, and all I ever get is "Thank you for being a member of MyPoints", "We are looking into the situation". (The same email everytime, and no resolution to the problem.)
I even double checked my account info, including my shipping address, and everything is correct.
I am so frustrated with MyPoints.

I think the longest it's ever taken to get a gc was 3 weeks, the shortest time was 4 days. Cashed out several times w/out any trouble (knock wood, so far!) Kath

I'm sorry you're having problems. Fortunately, like mama2calli, I've always gotten mine and a lot quicker than the 4-6 weeks they estimate. I've read previous posts where it seems like calling them helps. You many want to try that route ~ 888-262-4528 ~ Good Luck!

When I called for my Target card it had been 6 weeks and they actually looked it up and confirmed the date it will go out. And sure enough I received it. My Home Depo Card came in a little sooner. Target cards are real popular. Don't give up - I know it's a hassle. Good Luck!

i have also cashed out several times with mypoints and have never had a problem in receiving them in a timely manner

I did have one incident (my first) that i did not receive and emailed them, and then they sent me out a new g.c. within the week of my emailing them.

With all of the problems lately with MyPoints, I was nervous when I cashed out recently to get a Target $25 GC. I couldn't believe it, when my Gift Card came in 3 days!! Unbelievable! My faith was restored, although I still need Mile Mall points posted to my account.
