Memolink-anyone noticed?

I went to cash in for a webcertificate today and found that
webcertificates are taken out of their prize list!! nowhere to
be found. Just only a few weeks before, they announced about
webcertificates as a redemption option! I have to go back to
target or walmart again..

Well now, this is a pickle. I just went to Memolink & saw Webcertificate on the home page & also at the bottom of the prize list. Was the problem that you couldn't complete a transaction for a WC?

i noticed that when they first announced web certificates that it wouldn't even let me look at the prizes 'cause i didn't have enough points to get anything. maybe you don't have enough to qualify, so it won't list them?

That shes right, the web certs HAVE been removed..Don't know why or how come, but I asked memolink to give me back my points so I could get a web cert, that was only 2 weeks ago....Only to see now that they are gone..I emailed them lets see what happened...I am sooooooo disappointed

Too strange!! I still can redeem for webcertificates. I clicked on it on the front page and it took me to where I could redeem for $20. My mom does not have enough points to redeem on her account, but she still has webcerticates as a choice too. I have enough to redeem and she does not so it can't have anything to do with # of points you currently have.

That's odd. I hadn't really worried about it, but I never was able to see WebCert as an option -- thought they'd just "pre-announced" and it'd show up later. Typically, I can see all the prizes (that I know about) whether I have enough points for them or not.

But, on a positive note, I've been building up points a lot faster than usual because of all the email offers. Even just 4-5 points per click, when I get a bunch each week, is adding up. And my January GC arrived last week, too.
