| Well, I did my Mall.com order for 500 points. I got an email from Mall.com that they had sent the info to MyPoints and I would be accredited in 15 days. That email was sent to me on July 6th, so I emailed MyPoints about it on the 23rd. All I get is the automated response. So I emailed them again last night. Still nothing except the automated response. I have never been able to get a response to any of my questions. I hope I still have the 1-800 #. Not like that helped last time, all I got was a recording and no one ever emailed or called me back. |

| Just when I thought I was going to steart getting my points Bang !!!!!!!!! was that thought shot down.Havent gotten any new points in the last 2 days since they were suppose to of fixed the site.I really am getting a little tired of this ,since I click on the points I want to recieve them.I know that I wont get all the e-Mail points i clicked on,because I didnt keep a record of the date and who sent it.Lets hope they start getting their crap together and start giving our points. |

| well said. I think most of mypoints members are thinking the same thing. I know everyone makes mistakes but it seems they are making an awfull lot of them. I don't have this problem with any of the other programs I am in. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope we get our points. |

| I wrote to MP asking for credit for bonus emails as well as the MasterCard bonus (which I DID receive an email for) and here is my answer from them: Dear The, (BTW...who is "The"? The problem here is that, VERY stupidly on my part, I didn't keep a list of each individual email that I answered, only the number of them. PLUS I never got an email from MasterCard, just a blue screen saying that I have been credited with 150 points. This is just one giant way of getting out of giving us our points. All I know is that they better not close down before I get my 4914 points released from the computer purchase or I will be spitting fire at them!!! BTW........the link to rate their CS has never, ever worked for me. Are we surprised???? The moral here........document, document, document! I am going to set up a sub-folder in my email and just transfer all bonus emails to it until I get points credited for them. How ridiculous is that!?!?!? ![]() |
