Just when I thought they fixed the problem and credited missing points the same thing happened again. I did not get credit for any of the e-mails from yesterday. Hopefully they get this fixed soon!!

Well, I did my Mall.com order for 500 points. I got an email from Mall.com that they had sent the info to MyPoints and I would be accredited in 15 days. That email was sent to me on July 6th, so I emailed MyPoints about it on the 23rd. All I get is the automated response. So I emailed them again last night. Still nothing except the automated response. I have never been able to get a response to any of my questions. I hope I still have the 1-800 #. Not like that helped last time, all I got was a recording and no one ever emailed or called me back.

Just when I thought I was going to steart getting my points Bang !!!!!!!!! was that thought shot down.Havent gotten any new points in the last 2 days since they were suppose to of fixed the site.I really am getting a little tired of this ,since I click on the points I want to recieve them.I know that I wont get all the e-Mail points i clicked on,because I didnt keep a record of the date and who sent it.Lets hope they start getting their crap together and start giving our points.

well said. I think most of mypoints members are thinking the same thing. I know everyone makes mistakes but it seems they are making an awfull lot of them. I don't have this problem with any of the other programs I am in. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope we get our points.

When you emailed them, did you forward your email from mall.com confirming that you would get the points? Maybe reply to that email (to mall.com) and let them know you did not get the points and if you don't get them, why bother linking through them.......maybe they'll contact MyPoints as well ~ just a thought.

Angry AAARRRGGGHHH.........Now WE have to keep track!

I wrote to MP asking for credit for bonus emails as well as the MasterCard bonus (which I DID receive an email for) and here is my answer from them:

Now WE have to keep track of their jobs as well!?!?! The problem here is that, VERY stupidly on my part, I didn't keep a list of each individual email that I answered, only the number of them. PLUS I never got an email from MasterCard, just a blue screen saying that I have been credited with 150 points. This is just one giant way of getting out of giving us our points. All I know is that they better not close down before I get my 4914 points released from the computer purchase or I will be spitting fire at them!!! BTW........the link to rate their CS has never, ever worked for me. Are we surprised????

The moral here........document, document, document! I am going to set up a sub-folder in my email and just transfer all bonus emails to it until I get points credited for them. How ridiculous is that!?!?!?
