I just got the giftcertificate I redeemed in late May, so they are paying something. Now if I could only get the one I ordered in January!

I got my GC I redeemed in May also! I am still waiting for Decembers GC.

I have finally seen the Memolink light. I placed an order on 12/31 (Happy New Year!). My account history says that order was filled on 6/27. Today is 7/16 & I have still not received that GC.

I have now decided not to give them the benefit of the doubt any longer. Frankly, I think they are lying to me & I won't be visiting their site anymore just in order to waste my time & listen to their empty promises. They have definitely over-tried my patience.

DAVESMOM, You are not the only one whose account states that the order has been filled, but has not received the certificate. My advice, write them everyday and bug the heck out of them until you get it.

I placed my order on May 4, and I have yet to see it, nor has it been filled. Maybe they're "punishing" me for bugging them earlier.
