| I have been waiting for 3 1/2 months for a spiegel gift certificate. The email path has been worn down to nothing from all my writing. They even had the nerve to tell me that I had written too much. I laughed at them and told the powers that be that I would write every day until I got it. They really thought they could make me feel like a child and chastise me. Reverse psychology, but it will not work. They now are only sending apologies and I just ignore them. I really am angry about all of this and they are going to learn that we will not be stepped on and not fight back. We really can put them out of business if we wanted to, and I want them to truly understand this fact. my next step is BBB and the FTC. I had to do this once before to a company called 1life. Bad news company if I ever saw one. We just need to stick together and let them know how we feel and what we will do. Are you with me?

| Not Here. I have nothing bad to say about My Points I have received 3 $25.00 gift certificates from them so far and am very close to a fourth one. I have always received them within two weeks so I am sticking with them. I think this is a very good reward program and well worth my time, which is a few minutes of my day. I give them a big thumbs up and I feel like they have come a long long way with the bonus emails they send out the points add up very quickly. ![]() |

| I understand how you feel. I have 11 25.00 certificates, but the last one was over 3 months ago. Now I have been waiting for over 3 months for this one. I have enough points for another one, but not until the last one comes. I have only had one cert. come without prompting, and email back and forth. I feel as though it is my time and money, I expect them to honor their commitments, within reason, and this isn't. It never is with them. |

| Has this occurred with only Spiegel G.C. or with others? You are correct that you have earned them, and you should receive in a prompt manner. I personally would of called after waiting 4 weeks. Send a letter to a executive at Mypoints and explain the situation, and see if they do anything-tell them what they could do to remedy a bad situation-i.e what would make you feel better about the problem. You never know they actually might respond. Handwritten should be better then a standard letter on a complaint web site. ![]() |

| I have been trying to get points posted to Marriott for months now. The first time, about March, they said there was a problem with my account and they took some miles away making my points too low to transfer. then, when I resubmitted about 2 months ago I had plenty of points. My account said the Marriott points would be posted on July 7. So, on July 8 I checked. No points and the MyPoints are back in my account. I wrote a nasty letter, which has not been acknowledged. They kind of have us by the nads here. |

| I'm not happy with Mypoints anymore either! I have been waiting for my $10 web certificate for 6 weeks now. I have written them 3 times about it and they will not answer me, only with the 24 hour - get back to you later - reply. A couple of family members also are having the same problem. Mypoints used to be a good program, but anymore it stinks! |

| hoboy, sure am with you!!! i've been with them for many years (& many GC's) & was satisfied in the past - BUT i'm waiting over 3 months & over 25 e-mails for a $50 home depot GC! (was supposed to be a father's day gift - a little late for that!) it appears they're having major probs there: all i receive are auto-generated responses ("you can expect a reponse within 24 hours" - maybe they mean 24 months?? ).i think it may be time to write planet feedback (btw, you can't get MyPoints for writing about MyPoints there - lol) i'm very disappointed in them, and am using other reward programs for purchases (hit them where it hurts ) until/unless they adhere to the reward program they instituted. laurie s |

| sandbill, i had a problem like that once and only once with mypoints.com try call the 800# on the site and ask for maureen mcdonald, she is the one that personally helped me and got me my GC to target ASAP...... if you want to e-mail me privately at [Only registered and activated users can see links. | i've had good luck with mypoints until my last transaction. i'm still waiting for a whopping 6000 points from joining TheGamingClub casino. and i had to call TGClub FOUR times to get the Mypoints Mystery Bonus Cash ($40) added to my account. |

| I have been extremely happy with mypoints ![]() Received my all my gift certificates within a couple of weeks ![]() I find that mypoints is one of the better reward programs out there for now that is, lol .... hoping i think any less of them in the future.

| I'm sorry to say that I cannot join you. I am very happy with MyPoints. I have been a member for almost a year now and am very happy. My only dissapointment has been losing talk city, my way, and the many points available for clicking on the Visit Web Sites page. As far as it goes for redemptions, I have been very pleased. They have all come within (mostly well before) the 4-6 weeks they tell you. There was one instance that I did not receive my gc and had a hard time getting a response in regard to that situation. I did eventually write a letter through Planet Feedback and finally did get my gc about 3-4 months after I did redeem the points. I consider that an isolated incident in my experience with them and MyPoints has fully regained my support and loyalty since then. |

| I miss Talk City points too... ![]() But the last couple GC's I requested from MyPoints have came within a few days. You guys are making me nervous about requesting my next GC! Actually, I would LOVE to request my next GC, just taking me forever to get the last few points... I REALLY miss that Daily Tour 10 points... I had it figured out down to the day, how long till I could get my next GC... Now I have no idea how long it'll take with MAX ! GOOD LUCK TO ALL !!! ![]()

| Im sorry to hear you had a problem with them. The first time around, when I ordered my g.c. It did not come during the period which they said it would arrive. I sent them an email. I got a response right away and the certificate arrived within a week. Then a week later they sent me an extra certificate. I guess I got lucky.
