Startsampling.com - NOT KEEPING THEIR WORD EITHER!

I had over 4000 points accumulated and decided to end this one - so I cashed out in May for the Audiobook. They stated on the site that it could take up to 4 weeks. Having never received it, I emailed them and they said up to 5-6 weeks.

Well last week was week 6. I emailed them again and received the following response:

Do I smell a scam again? Why would it take yet another 5-6 weeks? I have emailed them asking the same and requesting my prize immediately, but just wanted to share in case anyone else has had this problem or to forwarn you!!!

I received 1500 points recently from Startsampling and I cashed out for the 2 Golden Books. Its been 4 weeks and they said my prize was being processed..we shall see if I get antyhing, but I highly doubt it takes that long to ship 2 books!!

I cashed out for 2 of the coloring books. It did take quite some time to get them. It took so long, in fact, that I did email them. They emailed me back that would look into it and reprocess it. About a week or two later the coloring books came........then about 3-4 weeks later, another set came! Now my girls don't have to fight over them...they each get their own set. It did take awhile, but it came!!

Dont' worry..SS is legit. I cashed out about a year ago when they were giving away Amazon.com gc's. They had some trouble ordering the book I wanted and actually called me at home to confirm that it was the correct book. I also got the coloring books..took a while, but they did come.

I ordered a phone card the 1st of Feb. When it didn't come after 6 weeks I e-mailed them....it took them 3 weeks to answer me and the e-mail was pretty much along the line of yours Tiggers Lady....sorry for the dealy but expect your prize in 4 weeks, blah, blah, blah!! Well, now it's mid- April and I wait until mid- June and e-mail them again don't hear back for another 2 weeks and last week I finally got my phone card. So it took about 5 months!! So don't despair your prize will come but you may grow old waiting for sure!!! It's absolutely ridiculous!!!

I'm kind of surprised by this Tigger's Lady. It sounded to me like not very many people even WANTED the audio books...so I would have thought that you would have received it "quickly"... They have been offered on the site for a loooonnnggg time now... Strange...

Received my prize finally after 6 weeks...2 Golden Books. I did email their CSR and ask when the prize would be coming since it had been 30 days. They held their end of the bargain up, so I am pleased!!!
