Memolink has a new "look"

I like it ALOT better than the old one especially having the activity of what is new over in the right hand side you can look and see how many new rewards have been added to the "quick points" and "visiting website" right on the home page

I like the new look, too. I was going to post about it yesterday, but I didn't.

It says if there are new surveys, etc,too.

I like the new look too. The only problem is that when you go to view your prize history to check if your GC is ever ever going to be sent out, it has a memolink error page. That makes me nervous. I know people have been receiving their GC's but mine still showed not sent yet yesterday, and now they won't even show the status.

I think they should concentrate on sending out the missing GC's instead of re-designing the site!

I am beginning to seriously wonder about them myself. I remember reading an email someone posted here (forgive me for not remembering who it was) from the head of Memolink not only promising all "new" gift certificate orders would be sent out in FOUR weeks, but for every day they were late we would be credited 50 points. Well, it's been well over 4 weeks and still no g.c. being sent out, and no 50 points either. I sent an email inquiring about this, but still haven't received a reply....big surprise. I sent it again today...just hope I hear something.

My husband received his gift certificate from Memolink on Wednesday. He requested it in December. I haven't had any problem checking my prize status - still "not filled yet" but I ordered in Feb and according to their emails won't be paid until October.

Is anyone NOT seeing the new look? I got to see it on the first day that this was posted, but have been getting the old style ever since. I have refresed with no luck either. Anyone else?

mum23, i know it does seem like a waste of time but it's kind of outweighed by the free g.c.s. i ordered a g.c. from them in january and still have not received it. unfairly, i did already receive my g.c. that i ordered in may. i say unfairly because i hate knowing that by memolink sending my g.c. i screwed someone else out of getting thiers.
