I've been e-mailing them for two weeks with no response, trying to get points they
promised after 14 days (It's now been 7 weeks).

I got an initial response when they first came back up after their "server upgrades", saying
they were backed up because of the down time, and that points would be credited soon.

Now they don't even respond.

I was 11 points away from a $10 Webcert (even without all the points they owed me),
but who knows what happens when you try to cash out. Anyone tried yet?

I tried to get a mypoints gift certificate and it took me to the refresh page.As far as howhot I just cashed out for a amazon GC.They said it will come in 2 weeks so I am hoping.
