Instructions to unsubscribe from Vnunet spam

I subscribed to vnunet thru Beenz and have gotten tons of spam ever since. Here are the instuctions to unsubscribe:

go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]

Then go the bottom orange box - check the boxes that say - La Lettre de SVM and La Lettre de SVM Mac and La Lettre Entreprises -- then put in your e-mail address and click the bar that says "Je ne souhaite plus recevoir la lettre".
