WOW MIRIAMA sorry to hear that so far no problems with milesource..but ive havent been signed up with them for too long still havent gotten a response from them? how long has it been since your first fraud email?

Lisa, the last two I got were both on May 9 and the first two were some time in April. Of course, no one has answered me. Milesource annoys me so much. It took MONTHS for points from a hotel stay. Now it is taking months (since February) for points from a purchase at Tower Records.com. I emailed them the receipt, I emailed them a response from tower records, STILL they say they are waiting for a confirmation from towerrecords! As for the fraud thing, maybe they just automatically send stuff like that out when a company or site accidentally sends confirmation of pts out twice or something. I don't know, it's confusing to me.

Do we have to send them receipts normally? I thought they just tracked your shopping. Or is that just when there is a problem getting your points? Any possibility that someone is just spamming you guys to scare you?

I have had a problem with any time that I shop thru milesource. I have ALWAYS had to prove my shopping with receipts and it took MONTHS to get my points. As for being spammed, I forwarded the email to milesource and STILL have not gotten a reply!

I had the same problem with the fraud notices..I wrote to them explaining that I only signed up once (a jumbo get) and have no idea why it was sent to them twice...they corrected it. and NOW they added it in AGAIN!!! its crazy! I'm very glad that I cashed in my points with them!
