NetFlip Fast Cash Offers

Has anyone been having problems getting credit for NetFlip's Fast Cash Offers? My wife and I have signed up for several Fast Cash offers, but have not been getting credit for them. My wife has 8 signups from around 6-7 weeks ago that still have not been credited and I have 3-4 from early April that I haven't received credit. I have tried calling Netflip but the option that goes to Customer Service seems to go to one individual's voice mail. (Is there only one person doing customer service there?)

When I signed up my fast cash offers got credited rather quick, except for the $16 for being accepted for Amex Blue. I e-mailed them about it and with-in a week they gave me credit, even though they never did reply to my e-mail.
I would love to get a check, I have had $35 in there for along time now.
