I haven't been able to get in for days. Haven't been able to get into valleyalley email either. I'm beginning to hate web based mail!

I signed up with Birdmail months ago. Had so many errors I finally gave up. Also, did not get alot of emails. I didn't have a good experience, so I left them. Hope they get better!

Aren't they awful! I sent an email thru my Outlook account asking why I couldn't get in...never got an answer. Last summer, it locked itself for being too full even though I'd deleted emails regularly. Took over a month and many, many emails to get that resolved - it was counting the deleted ones in with the existing ones. I'm looking for another free internet-based email account. Now that themail.com is going to charge for their accounts and mail.com has even worse customer service than birdmail, decent options are getting hard to find. Mail.com changed their rules & required accountholders to login to their accounts by a certain day. Except they only posted this notice on their site instead of mailing it to everyone. Anyone who was having their email forwarded to another address, as my parents and brother were, had no idea this was happening, since they had no reason to go to the site. The einsteins at mail.com couldn't comprehend that if your mail was forwarded, you didn't need to go to the site so you wouldn't see their notice. So they locked my family out of their accounts and in effect stole their emails. When my family inquired about missing emails and then complained, mail.com tried to get them to pay for their "upgraded, better" service. Oh, they were really ready to rush right out and do that!
