I ordered a $50 Target GC thru Rainbow Blues in October and purchased insurance on it. Never got it. Contacted her in November and she was going to look into it. Contacted her several more times, more stalling on her part. Then she went out of business and I never heard back. Guess I will try to email her again and not be so nice.

Is this Rainbow blues someone that you can call the BBB on? I would at least give that a try maybe it will scare her into at least refunding your beenz or something lol. Good luck. Donna

Bunny, I did as you said and you'll probably get the same result, her mailbox has been shut down, so thats a deadend..anymore ideas, I'm open to anything...I know I read on another board some person gave them over 40000 Beenz so she must really be fuming..Bunny also what I did was went to planetfeedback.com and wrote them a letter and noticed there are a few letters about this and other concerns about beenz..Maybe thats what needs to be done, altho I don't expect too much to come from it...but it makes me feel better... Bbelover --Yes, I did get the email back this morning. This really irks me. I will try Planet Feedback and Ugetheard. Beenz didn't even reply to my inquiry of a few weeks ago. Amber, I'm not even sure where Rainbow Blues is located -- they went out of business, so I don't think a complaint from the bbb or chamber of commerce would do much good.

When beenz first came out...you could get loads of them everywhere...I do not think they had enough captiol to start...I had a few go rounds with them when they started going down hill...I went rounds with beenz queen and another one...I could not get a name, phone number or anything...my daughter got ripped off out of a deck of po-k-mon cards by one of them (Claiming she had mailed them)...and the other short changed me when I made and mailed gift mugz for her and she took her sweet time to pay me (claiming beenz had not paid her)...before you transact anything with anyone...make sure you have a name phone number and adress(snailmail)...check them out before you do business with them...it is hard on the net because who you may e-mail could be on the otherside of the world...

I did not deal with this Rainbow Blues company (thank goodness!), but since they were a site recommended by Beenz to use Beenz points, shouldn't Beenz have some responsibility for this issue too? If that is the case that they will not take come responibility, then just any ol' company can sign up as a vendor and then "disappear" once they get their beenz. Isn't that kind of irresponsible of Beenz to be representing such a company??
