Does anyone else use birdmail? I have not been able to access my mail for days and wondered if anyone else has been having the same problem...

Well at least NOW I know it isn't me!!!!!
I haven't been able to access my email for a week. All of my emails to them go unanswered, and one out of three yesterday was returned w/fatal error, address unknown ( the other two went through!) Don't know how many offers I've missed from the two points/rewards programs I have going through them!

well, at least i know i'm not alone with my frusteration. i FINALLY earned enough points to cash out for a $25.00 gift certificate on 1/1/01 and i haven't received it yet. nor did i get a confirmation e-mail or any correspondance from them - but of course they deducted those 250,000 points! i don't know who to send the e-mail to and from what you guys are stating, it doesn't seem like it would be any help if i got the e-mail addy. what a joke. that darn g.c. took like 8 months!!! plus i referred a bunch of friends to them so now i look like an idiot!

I've been emailing :

Lately, I have gone into the "advertise" area, and got an address for that, figuring it was worth a shot seeing as they didn't reply to the support address. This was:

I sent three emails in one night, and ONE came back as undeliverable. Seems like they are getting the message, but ignoring it anyway. Would any of the moderators or administrators have a suggestion for us?

I just tried and can't get in!! I run ALL but two of my paid email programs through there!
I think all the problems started when birdmail went "new and improved", which I hate, the old was much better, not to mention that they got rid of the pictures you clicked for points

Not only did I get no replies from Birdmail, I FINALLY got milesource to answer me about a hotel reservation made thru them months ago. I have been waiting and writing forever and ..... you guessed it, they want me to send the confirmation that is in BIRDMAIL... UGH!

FYI: I have tried numerous times to access the site today, and have been unable to even get the home page to come through. I finally went and got a hotmail address, and changed all the programs I had under birdmail.
Don't know what to tell you about the confirmation email - I would try to call the company, and have them send another confirmation email to an address that you have working. I can only assume that Birdmail is now defunct, and that they have no intentions to contact anybody. The emails to the admin are all being returned, but the ones to support are going through......too odd, I've had enough pissing around with them, I'm flying the coop!
There is a bonus here...... I couldn't get some points from certain p[rograms because I had signed up before, but now, with the new address, I can get the points I missed out on from using the same email for two different programs(always looking for the silver lining!)

Go to the inbox, and ......drum roll please......NO NEW MESSAGES!
Should've had AT LEAST 150! Good news, the points are still there!
Grab 'em and fly folks! After this fiasco, who really trust them any more?

I am SO MAD!!! I have nothing new from 2/13 on. That means that all my emails have been bouncing for days!! These are my paid to read emails and I know some companies cancel your account if mail to your address keeps bouncing. I REALLY hope that hasn't happened to me.

Thanks for letting me know! I had lots of mail but can not access my old mail from before they "improved" their mail. Ha! I did cash out for several phone cards while I could.

I LOVED BIRDMAIL
THE GAME WAS EASY (THERE ARE DAYS WHERE YOU WANT SOMETHING EASY)
AND I ORDERED THRU THEM. THEN I WASN'T GETING CREDIT. I EMAILED THEM A BUNCH OF TIMES AND NO ANSWER. I WAS HOPING TO GET THE PALM THING. SO I CASHED OUT, FOR $75. IN GIFT CERT.. I DID GET A EMAIL FROM THEM SAYING THEY HAD A RECORD OF IT. TOOK ABOUT 6 WEEKS TO GET IT.
NOW WHEN I LOOK IN THE SITE, THEY TOOK THE GAME AWAY, AND A MUCH HARDER FORMAT AND ITS MY JUNK MAIL EMAIL NOW.
BUT I REALLY RESENT THEY DON'T ANWER ANY EMAIL!
