Problems with Winster

Is anyone else having trouble logging into Winster? Yesterday, I could log in, but, I was unable to see any other players or spin. I tried everything from clearing cookies to rebooting, but nothing worked. So, I hit the "forgot password" link. A screen popped up & said "A new password has been sent to your email." I never received this "new password" email.

Today I tried to login, & of course I couldn't because my password had been reset. I tried hitting the "forgot password" link two more times to see if I would get an email, but I never did.

Then, I decided to write Winster customer service, only to have the email bounce right back to me. Three times.

I'm starting to wonder if the site is going under. Are others able to login & play? It's making me crazy!!!

It's actually working for me now. I wrote the first post on June 21. I had problems for at least a couple of days. I tried several times to get a password email sent, but it never showed up. Then one day I went on the site, went through the password retrieval method, & the email was sent IMMEDIATELY after I hit the button.

The site is just VERY buggy. If I didn't enjoy it so much, I wouldn't bother with it.
