Red Lobster Passion Point problems

I just went and tried to get more passion points. I clicked on the point meter and it said that it may not be campatable with a ll browsers and to "click here" if you were having problems. Well, since it was woring earlier today, I "clicked here" and got a message saying that it was down. It also said that I would be notified when it came back up and be ararded 1000 points for the inconvience. Is anyone else getting the same message??

i just tried it and got the same message. 1,000 points would be great if they get it running in the next day or so, since i can get 1,000 in less than 2 days myself. Hope it's up soon. I love this site!

I got all the messages you got above, depending if I tried to get in using Netscape or IE...ALL the latest versions. I WONDER if they will ever reopen, but I am the eternal pessimist, with all the problems I have had in the past retrieving my points in various point programs.

LET US HOPE that we all get our points back and that they will reopen soon!!!

I clicked on it at noon, MST, to get my 600 maximum points. I got the message saying they were making improvements. However, I did NOT receive a message stating I'd "earn" 1,000 points!! I wonder if I will?

I never made it to Red Lobster today but I got a sweet letter telling me that they are adding 1500 bonus pts to my account AND sending me !15.00 in gift certificates! Whoo Hoo!

I just went to check and it now says to try back on Monday. ARG!!! I wonder if they will really come thru on the 100 points. Miriama59, how did you get the extra $15 GC? Did you e-mail them about the problem or did they just tell you they were going to give it to you?

I also got the e-mail regarding 1500 points and the $15 gift certificate...becuz I complained 5 days ago that the points were NOT being accumulated from 1 day to the next!
