Is GREENFIELD ONLINE LEGIT???

I was just wondering cuz Im getting a lot of paid surveys at the moment, so I dont wanna waste my time if they dont pay??

Anyone has any experience with them...??

They pay slowly, but they pay. I've been a member since 1995 and when I actually get around to requesting a check (I usually wait until I have $10) they send it slowly. I believe they send out checks once a month and if you miss the (undefined) cut off for requests, you have to wait until the next month to get it. It's never taken longer than 2 months for me to get a check, but I've always gotten it.

gr8t thanks for your input. 2 months is not that bad eventually. I searched on google also and found a few other testimonials which basically all said greenfield was the worst paid survey site they knew... but that usually they did end up paying (mostly after 3 months!!!)

Guess I will request soon and test this for myself.

Yes, but concentrate on surveys for money, not just for sweepstakes entries.

I would stay away from Greenfield Online. I have had a horrible time with them. I have done surveys for them, one was for $20, and never gotten paid. I sent numerous emails to them which were never answered. Go ahead at your own risk.

I also did a survey for a guaranteed payment ... 8 months ago! I am going to wait until they pay me, I guess and then quit.

I did a $35 survey study for Greenfield, plus a $2 one a few weeks later. I requested the check in mid-November and got the check yesterday (after sending them an email 2 weeks ago telling them that I was still waiting on my $37 check). I got the check on Monday - 2 months isn't that bad in my book...I mean, they DO have to wait to get the money from the company hosting the survey...

I also just received my check yesterday. I requested it on 12/1/06. That turnaround is terrible compared to the pace that NFO My Survey and Opinion Outpost mail their checks out. I get those within 1-2 weeks, at most! I've given up on Greenfield until they start depositing into PayPal accounts.

Well folks thats a pitty, you dont know what you might lose...

4 example, today got an email invitiation for a 2$ survey... and that was just to participate ina 50 minute long survey, hehehe...!!! I thought they were not being serious, but they were.

50 minutes for 2$, Id rather go on TT fill in my daily survey, which I didnt do either in the end.

I started to use Greenfield, but all I ever get are surveys with a reward of a sweepstakes entry -- I suppose it takes time to make some actual .
I've heard good things and bad things about them, but ultimately how many surveys you qualify for has to do with your demographic info.

The best two sites I've come across so far are Quizpoints and Treasure Troopers. You can get actual cash with TT, and the offers seem to be quicker to complete (at least in my experience), and they have more free ones.

I'm getting a little annoyed with Quizpoints as of late b/c of missing point requests, it's a long waiting game.

I've had a lot of success with Greenfield. I did my single best paying survey ever anywhere there in October ($50 for a moderated retail advertising roundtable online - took nearly 3 hours), and seem to hit fairly frequently on $5 surveys as well. Payment is slow (I've had it take 4-6 weeks on occaision), but they are accurate, and I've never had any complaints. As mentioned earlier, some of that is demographics, but I also find that if I stay active, then I get better opportunities than if I let thing go slack for a while. In short, I recommend them.

Greenfield use to do mostly cash surveys but I have noticed they are now mostly sweeps and the surveys seem to take much longer to do.

While I like them, I do have one negative thing to say. If I amtransferred to a partner and the name OTX comes up, I either deliberately get disqualified or I kill the page altogether. I have never had one good thing come from an OTX survey, though I can't speak for others. The rest has been pretty good for me.
