anyone ever tried epoll.com ? they give points for completing surveys. the cool thing is they send you an email with link in it about once every 3 to 4 weeks and its mostly a survey about your opinions on movies, games, actors etc. and multiple choice. i have recieved a 10 dollar gift card to target from them. just make sure when they send you an email that you don't delete it before completing survey.

Well actually I have heard of them, they owe me a prize from about 2 years ago, you can take all the surveys you want from them, but good luck getting anything in return. Then again, maybe they have gotten their act together and are improving. Doubt it though. I wouldn't waste any time there if it were me. Good Luck.
