Still waiting for Milesource to combine your accounts?

I've been waiting for almost 2 months now for Milesource to combine my two accounts. DH's was done the first day, along with a slew of other peoples, but I've not heard of anyone's done since then.

I've sent numerous emails, which they are very slow in responding to. I finally called today, because I really want to cash that account out, but wanted the 3000 powerdime points. Customer service says they should be done today. I'm not holding my breath!

Shirley, what they did to me was wait til I cashed out of the other accounts, both of them then they combined them..Which stinks

My accounts still have not been combined. I have e-mailed back and forth with them for 2 months now. It is very frustrating.
