I made a purchase through Suzykats with a promise of 5 points per $1 spent. I spent $45+ - so it worked out to 228 points. I get an email from them stating that they have credited me for 50 points. While it is not my intention to have your site lose money, it is frustrating that you are not sticking by what you promise. I chose your site, wanting to get points obviously and at the same time wanting to support you by making a purchase through you. I did not check any other sites that I work with because I was new to your site and wanted to offer support as a newbie. Now you are offering me less than 1/2 of the promised points. I guess I will leave it in your hands to decide what you believe to be appropriate and fair based on the above. Well, I must say, that after sending them the email I shared above, they did finally credit my account properly saying that they did want to keep me happy!
