I posted about this problem before, but it has just gotten worse! I can't remember who posted their phone number for me, but thank you! Anyway, sent them my money and ordered a web certificate (order placed Oct 27) STILL have not gotten my money. I sent them numerous emails, at first they would answer them saying "sorry" "you'll get your money next week" then "you'll get your money NEXT week" and NOW THEY ARE IGNORING ME!! I called their customer service number, during the week I get answering machines and I leave messages which are not returned. I called on Saturday, somebody actually answered the phone *gasp* but said that nobody was working after I told him what was going on, he took my phone number and I haven't gotten a call back or email. Web Certificate contacted funnymoney on my behalf (I LOVE their customer service, so fast and friendly) and they were told I would get my money within two weeks!!!! So what is it, next week, the week after that, or NOW two weeks from now????
I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO SEND MONEY TO FUNNYMONEY.COM in hopes of cashing in for rewards quicker like they promise. They say it's only a name and their money isn't funny, but I've learned otherwise!
