Problems with Mypoint Daily and Zoomerang

Anyone else having problems getting your daily 10 points and your Zoomerang points? I only get the points every other day rather than daily.

This is the first time I've had this problem, so I don't think it's me.

I don't seem to be having a problem getting my points, but I definitely have a problem spending my points at MyPoints.com. My emails are never answered (except for automated replies) and when I try to spend my points, I keep getting message that my account is not active.

yep same problem here with daily tour and zoomerang I just e-mailed them about it last night but may not get a reply from them till next month! haha and bummer on your not being able to spend your pts.!!! did they freeze your account? there is a customer service number posted on back posts you can get to call them! I would! I have the number at home if you can't find it here! that is a bummer! I bet they take zoomerang from us next!

That's why I am settling for $25 gift certs instead of $50- because it takes so long to get points and I'm afraid of them going under. Soon it will take you 3-4 months to get a $10. Oh, well, nice while it lasted...

Would love to have MyPoints telephone number for anyone who would like to share it. I would love to talk to a PERSON and find out their explanation of my account showing as "not active" after many months of earning points.
