The only way to deal with complex problems is to call them 888-333-7646. They are very helpful if you don't start in with them being agitated. My account had somehow been switched to someone elses also and they fixed it right there on the phone. Follow up emails from them say that dozens of members were affected by account switches...usually from clicking on someone else's link...so be careful what links you click
