any experience using ebates?

How long will it take for you to get the rebates from ebates.com?

I've been doing ebates for about a year and it's great! They send checks at the end of each quarter. They come within a couple of weeks of when they say they sent it. It's great to go thru ebates if you are going to shop at those sites anyway.

I have always been very happy with ebates, the checks arrive when they say that they will. However, please keep your confirmation emails from the stores and if ebates does not post you rebate amount in a week or two,then email them and ask them for follow up. They answer very promptly. I always use ebates.

Yea, I have like $4.97 ($5 to get a check) and more.com won't credit me for any of my purchases since august and ebates customer service never writes back.

Stockback wrote me back within a day, but they haven't credited my purchases either.

I'm not satisified at all.

Sometimes it takes a while for your rebate to get posted - a recent outpost.com purchase took over 30 days, but it got there. As of last week, it appears that More.com is no longer part of ebates program - their link disappeared. This might be related to the problems you are having.

Stockback is much better. Their customer service responds in about 6 hours. And you get $10 to signup.
