Can this still be done through Freeride? Has anyone actually done this? Do you think that my doing this regarding my points with MyPoints will only anger them? I am still owed over 500 points and my husband's account is about the same? I have written them, got an automated response and nothing. I called MyPoints today and left messages with 2 people about this and asked for them to call me back. Have not heard from them. I have emailed again, sending new ones and am waiting. My next step is to do this UGetHeard.com, but I want info before I do this. Someone out here has done this, I can't remember who...what do you all think of this? ------------------ Yadda Yadda Yadda! I just love UGETHEARD. I have used them for several problems. Once for a problem with Memolink and another time for a problem I had with a Toys R Us store. Really, the process is made simple by the site. You can still access it through Freeride or Beenz, for points when you file your complaint. What I did was included a brief account of my problem along with copies of the info I had. If you don't have the info to find the site address, or the name of the business, they will find it for you. They send you an immediate response once they file your complaint for you and they follow up in a few days to make sure you have gotten a response. If you have not gotten a response in a reasonable amount of time, the can mediate or arbitrate for you. They offer you the option. You can also close your complaint at any time once you are satisfied or if you just decide to close it. In both cases, when I filed my complaint, I got responses in less than a week. Memolink credited my account with the disputed points in less than 3 days, and sent me a wonderful letter of apology. Toys R US sent my son $10 in "Geoffrey Bucks" for his next visit to the store along with a wonderful letter. The Toys R US rep also called me over the phone to apologize. (You don't have to leave a phone number with your complaint but you can). Overall, I have been very pleased with UGETHEARD. Aside from that, I don't think that MyPoints really has much room to get angry at anyone for going through outside lines to resolve conflicts. They have been downright terrible about following up on customer requests and complaints lately. Not to mention, stingy with the points. If you ask me, I think that they ought to be grateful to boards like ours for promoting their sites and giving them more membership, for free!!!! Good Luck. ![]() Melissa |

Tigger's Lady, I just got credited last week with 1250 My Points for a GC that they sent into limbo. It was UGetHeard that got me the results. If you go to Freeride, Point Works, Index, they are listed. Looks like you can get 50 Freeride Points. I also complained about poor service at Famous Barr department store thru UGetHeard and Famous Barr sent me an apology letter and a $30 GC! I think UGetHeard is great!

I agree, Ugetheard is much better than PlanetFeedback. However, just a word of caution about dealing with My Points...Ugetheard nagged them into promising to give me the points I was owed, and I stupidly ended the Ugetheard complaint. Then the #&%^$ creeps never gave me the points. When I emailed them (MP) about it , they began with the usual, we need more info, etc. I gave up in digust. Now that my cyberlife is pretty dead, I may get up the anger to start all over with Ugetheard.
