Has anyone else been having a very hard time getting Mypoints to credit their account after making purchases. I am getting sick and tired of having to email proof to them that I made a purchase and should get my points. Usually after I do that they still don't give me the points after they say they will. And now to top it off there is no longer a link on the site that will let you contact their member service. I am definately not going to make anymore purchases through their site again! Anyone think they might be shutting down soon and going out of business?
