milesource troubles

Not only do I not get points for the 6---says credited but it is not----I also do not get credit fot the trivia--not a email either---been like that since they did their overhaul last week---anyone else having this problem---I wrote them yesterday lets see if I get an answer--

I have only been doing the trivia but I have not been receiving points for them either.
