I cashed in on 9/23 for a webcertificate. When I cash in for webcerts, I always get them in my email the next day, or on occasion the second day. Yesterday (the 28th) I still did not have it so I called them, got cs voicemail and left a messge, then when I did not hear back after a few hours I emailed them. So far today I have gotten a canned email reply to my email inquiry and that is it. No webcert, no call back, no email reply. Has anyone else ever had this happen? I have always had such good luck with them - should I just give their cs more time? Thanks in advance for any help!! |

I usually cash in for Amazon GC's and usually get them next day. The last time it took over a week. I think maybe they are busier since starting the Magic Bus. I have confidence in them; I'd say wait until Monday and then try calling -- someone posted their phone # on one of these threads.

Thanks guys. Here's the latest: I had called them and emailed them yesterday and today I got a reply saying that all the webcert inquiries were handled through webcertificate.com's cs. So I emailed them just now. Arrghh! I did the order on the 23rd and so we are going on 7 days - too long. I'm sure it'll get resolved but this wait is frustrating! Anyways thanks again and hopefully the next post from me will be good news! |

I just got it this morning......apparently they sent the order thru on time but the email system I use (I changed my info to use a freebie email 'cause you get so much spam) was really slow to transmit it. It was sent to me on the 26th, and then they sent a second notice on Oct 1st........and get this.....I just got both emails today, the 2nd. Go figure!!! |

All in all, 10 days. I know they initially say it can take two weeks, but when you redeem points for an electronic gc, then they say it will be emailed to you within 3 days. My experience is that I usually have it the next day. Looks like my email provider was just really slooooowwwwwwwwww........ |
