MY POINTS CERTIFICATES

I have not received my poits certificate for toy are us. I requested it on July 26,2000 and they took my points out, but I havent't received any thing yet. I emailed them 2 times already since last week and I have not heard a reply from them. It has been around 9 weeks. How long does it take to get your certificate. When I write, I am nice and tell them that I am fustrated. They said that someone would get in touch with me in 24 hours-that was a week ago the first time and 2 days this last time? What can I do?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why don't you write to them via "UGETHEARD.com" I have went through UGETHEARD and actually gotten results several times and quickly too. Here is a hint. Take the copies of your emails and copy them to wordpad, then cut and paste them in the area with your UGETHEARD complaint. That way you will have all your info available. If you don't get results within a few days, UGETHEARD will mediate for you!!! Good Luck.

Thanks for the information. I didn't know that site existed. I just finished going to UGETHEARD, hopefully they can help. Again thank you for your help.

I guess I am one of the few who have had no problems with MyPoints. Points are added in a timely manner and when I did cash some in for a GC, they noted it would be 6-8 weeks. To my very pleasant surprise, it was in my mailbox in about 1 week!! So far so good with my account, but better luck to all of you who are having problems.

Yep, me too...no big problems so far (maybe I don't earn enough points to scare them?????).

Have been getting Barnes & Nobel gcs for son-in-law for C.mas. He's definitely into books, so this is a great way to do his gift "shopping".

Maybe they'll get it together yet.....
