Yes, I agree, Milesource has made some great changes these past few weeks. Glad I stuck with them when it wasn't as good.

Has anyone tried to redeem their miles for a supercertificate RECENTLY? I have enough points now but can't for the life of me figure out where it lets you redeem. Believe me, I've tried all the obvious things (clicked on "SpendAwardmiles", then clicked on "gift certificates", etc., but it only tells you about the GCs but there isn't a place that lets you redeem).

Can someone please try this and tell me what I'm doing wrong or is it a problem with their site?

Click on SpendAwardmiles. Then Click on Gift certificates. There are about 15 catagories under Giftcertificates. The 1st one is apparels. Click on that one or choose another. You then choose the value of the gift certificate you want and then choose the store you want to spend it at.
