I got that from them too. I thought it was wonderful that they don't even know which addresses are already on their registration list, and that they are wasting time trying to get new members, when they don't even take care of the ones that have been loyal to them for years. I got an automated response to my "many missing points" email on the 26th, and they said they'd look into my problem and get back to me in about 24 hours, but "surprise, surprise" they haven't yet.
