I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Firstlook. In my case, they've been very quick and efficient about responding to my emails. And the longest I've had to wait for flooz is 1 week.
Did you send your email to

And if you did, did you make sure to include your login name and the reward redemption #?
(you know, that LONG # they give you after you redeem your points).
It might be a good idea to also include the redemption-confirmation email they send you as proof.
