Help with Mypoints

MyPoints is driving me up the wall.
They're not letting me redeem my points for GCs. Almost ONE MONTH and FIVE emails later, the problem still persists after they assured me that it was being fixed, and it seems they're starting to just ignore my emails now.

I tried calling their 800 # but I end up getting some cryptic message. I'm not sure if it's the wrong # or what.

I remember a while back some people here were having similar problems and complained to some website that helped expedite some action. What was that website?
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd appreciate it.

I just want to get my GC and get outta Mypoints.

Try going to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and you can file a complaint and there are many against mypoints. I did not get a gift certificate from them for 5 months and when I filed the complaint I had it within a week. Hope this helps.
