If you go to the Account Statment screen, (as of yesterday it was working) and click on weekly status. This will show you the transactions that occurred during that week and if points were added or subtracted as in a GC redemption. It your GC has not been subtracted, then it is in limbo and you need to email them with the confirmaton munber and ask for the status. If it got lost, the only thing you can do is cancel and start over again.
We had the same problem before vacation, and we went on vacation without the GC because it had been lost in their computer system. But I did get my points back and will use the GC another time. |
