I'm having problem redeeming points for GCs. I emailed them several times but have gotten no reply. Does anyone know if MyPoint has a telephone number you can call for help? I looked all over the website but can't seem to find it. Thanks for your help. |

The other my points number is 1-888-333-6260. The Woodfield address is an production office and I tried to go there to settle my My Points problems. They were not happy about that. Anyway, customer service is in Calif. So the 800# is best. But you need to follow up the phone call and make sure that what they say will happen actually does. ohberry, i have been going at it with mypoints for awhile...when i redeem they keep on saying my account is disabled...tried multiple times to have them fix it to no avail. called customer service...nothing was done. If you have better luck can you tell me what you did to resolve it? thanks. |

Donnster, Yeah, I have a similar problem too. But I keep on getting the message "User account is not active"...whatever that means. I've tried calling them several times today but I keep on getting some cryptic message "all circuits are busy"???? Anyways, I'll keep on trying and I'll let you know if by some miracle I get through to them. |

| My Point Account - How to Reactivate?
Does any got the message from my account stated that account is now closed, I had lost lost of point, anyone contact mypoint to reactivate the account. This is very sad that I have not been redeem my point for at lease years. Please advise. Thanks
