yes you have to place an order for a product first, not a gift cert then you can transfer them or combine them with other accounts

all the info is on grrenpoints web site when you sign in i can't remember exactly where i think it's where it says give or donate greenpoints. you can donate them to a charity or give them to a friend or combine them with other friends greenpoints to get more stuff. also you can convert your papaer greenstamps to greenpoints this way also
