i placed an order with the for there gift certificate a week ago .. and the order still states.. that it is in progress.. web site states.. 4 to 8 days.. ??? confused here anyone else had this problem with this company .. i am very sad .. was looking forward to a free dinner out..

I requested it 5 days ago and still haven't received anything. I'm in masachusetts. my fiance in new york requested it after me (around 4 days ago) and she got hers today. i don't know why or whats going on.

They are just verrrry slow, but you will get it. They took 2 months once to send my American Airlines certificates because they were on backorder. But they are a reliable company. Now Mypoints is an entirely different story ....

I had the same experience. I redeemed my points for gift certificates on the 7th and just received them yesterday, the 17th. It took about 10 days for me to get them and I didn't even get a shipping confirmation email and didn't know they were actually shipped until I checked my account. So hang in there, I'm sure they will eventually be shipped but I guess it's gonna take some time.

I placed an order for a pillow in july. got it promptly. then in Aug., got a shipment confirmation! Also, I ordered alot of stuff a couple of weeks ago, got it in about a week, and just now got an email that they were shipping it! Obviosly, their shipping dept. and the email/ confirmation people don't communicate very well or often.It is one of those "I'll get it when i get it " deals.
