I've had problems lately also. The best way to resolve them is to go to your account statement. Hit "account details" underneath the frame that shows how much money is in your account. Find where you visited/signed up for a particular site that hasn't paid you and click on it. You can then send an email to Cybergold Help to inform them of the problem. The quickest way that I've found to get your money is to include a copy of the e-mail you received from Doubleday or whoever announcing your membership. Usually takes a day or two, but you should receive notification of your reward. Hope this info helps!
