echo problems-not getting points while listening...

I was wondering if other people have had this problem.

i did get enough points to get a gift certificate, but now i can't even get on. i think they are overloaded.

Echo is good...1 got 1 certificate already and i have been having lots of trouble getting on....the evening's are usually better...just keep trying!!
