I got into my account statement this morning. Imagine my surprise (sarcasm) to find it is wrong. Again. I have received no credit for anything done this week. Which means I'm missing 280 points so far. Unless, of course, you take them at their word, in which case I'm missing more. The button/link you click at TalkCity after taking a survey says you're entitled to 10 points. Let's see if they follow through on that. I sent an e-mail again today, asking customer service to do two things: (1) give me my missing points, and (2) walk down the hall to the technology center, smack the geeks upside the head, and tell them to fix this thing. Didn't AOL get sued by a bunch of state attorneys general for failing to deliver on its advertised service due to its technology problems? I sense complaint letters to the BBB and consumer fraud agencies in my future if this continues. FriarTuck |
