MY POINTS WERE REDUCED AT FREEAIRMILES

From one day to the next, there was 500 points deducted from my balance and this happened right after their site was down on thursday 8/10.
I've emailed them and no reply so far.
Has anyone else had the same problem?

I had the same thing happen, only it was over 1,000 points!! I emailed them and all I've gotten so far is an automatice response. Also, when I was at their site the day before yesterday none of my clicks were registering. They must be having some problems....

This same thing happened to me several days ago, and I posted the same complaint here. I have since emailed them, and they have restored all of my points (1,000+).
