Trouble w/ Freeride??

Has anybody ever had a problem with Freeshop at Freeride? I've been trying for days to cancel my magazine subscriptions & no response. Anyone else do the magazine subscrpitions for points? Do you do teh alloted 5 per day?

I did 5 per day on three different days. The first ones went smoothly, but the last time I only received credit for one of the 5 magazines even though I'd received confirmation emails on all five. So I stopped doing them. When I call to cancel, I note the date, time and name of the person I spoke with to help if they bill me anyway. It has been suggested to use a web cert. instead of a credit card number when signing up for these.

yo, that does not sound good. I maxed out the total of subs you can get (25) what a drag it will be if I can't cancel.
