My Points phone number not working.

The CS phone # for My Points doesn't seem to be working. Did anyone else have the same problem?? 1-888-333-6260

I just called at 10:30 a.m. this morning and got through just fine. But last night it wasn't working. Just try dialing it a couple of times.

So far, I got re-routed to another phone # (88 262-4528, had to call twice to get ahold of a live person, only to be informed that their system was down for the next few hours and she would call me back.

I'm not holding my breath.
